My hosting account is expired, can I still access my CodeGuard account to download my backups?

Your hosting account is different from your CodeGuard account. It is possible for the hosting account to be expired and the CodeGuard account is still active provided it is yet to expire. You can access the CodeGuard account to download the backup on your local system. However, CodeGuard will not be able to access your hosting account to do the daily backup any longer.
